Introduction
These terms cover drops.sirdominic.scot and everything bought on it. Sir Drops is run by Sir Dominic Scott ("Sir Drops", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Drops are erotic ASMR for adults. You must be 18 or over to use this site or buy from it.
Drops
Every drop is a limited edition digital file on sale for one run. The countdown on each drop shows when its run ends. When it ends, the drop is taken off the site and is not sold again.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error; if we do, you are refunded in full.
Delivery
Files are delivered by email as a download link. Timing is set out on the Delivery page.
All sales are final
Drops are digital content delivered straight away. By placing an order you ask for delivery to start immediately and agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the file has been delivered. Purchases are not refunded or exchanged.
Your licence
Buying a drop gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and listen to it, privately, for your own use. You may not share, send, upload, sell, stream, broadcast, remix or otherwise pass the file or any part of it to anyone else. All drops are the copyright of Sir Dominic Scott. If these terms are broken, the licence ends immediately.
Listening
ASMR files are made to be listened to somewhere safe and relaxed. Never listen while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your attention.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
